The Superbase V4600 is a very good device. Everything is working as described. And the customer service of Zendure is perfect. It's the best compared to other products in this market. You can talk to them in German.
There are only a few issues:
1. The covers of the AC and DC outlets aren't of good quality. The used rubber bands won't go back completely into the device when closing the outlets and they won't hold at the covers for a long time.
2. The documentation is to short. A lot of important information needs to be asked from customer service.
3. The community is only reachable by the app. You can't edit your posts and you don't get notifications about updates to posts.
4. Updating the SBV needs to unplug all input and output. If using the SBV as UPS for IT equipment you have ti shut down all your devices.
5. There're no notifications when the SBV reaches the lower end of battery capacity. It's shutting down without an early warning message.
6. There're no option to set a lower battery limit to save the SBV from discharging the battery to 0.
7. You can only communicate with the SBV by using the cloud Service when connected to WLAN. You can also use Bluetooth but then you can't update the SBV.
Contrary to your statement in the FAQs there is NO CONNECTION OPTION to Google or Alexa !!! Maybe this is plannned but up to now (2023-April-23) it is NOT PRESENT! :-(

Nur um die Portabilität zu zeigen. Ein Superbase V 4600 mit Zusatzbatterie gegenüber einem Ecoflow deltapro mit Zusatzbatterie. Es ist sehr einfach, die Superbase zu bewegen, die Delta Pro ist eine Qual
